My name is Chris Redmond. I'm the founder of RedHolt, an executive search firm, and the creator of a global professional community built through digital channels. Over 2,000 members spanning more than 80 countries.

Over 15 years in recruitment, I have worked across multiple sectors and geographies, holding Managing Director roles at international search firms before building RedHolt. I have spent thousands of hours with candidates. Assessing their profiles, understanding their ambitions, identifying what's working, and being honest about what isn't.

That experience doesn't fit neatly into a template or a checklist. But I have spent a long time thinking about how to encode it. How to take what I know from 15 years of conversations and turn it into something that works for a single person's career, without that person needing to be on my books.
